DIY options available, 15% off
Additional charges may apply if space is not cleaned or otherwise ready for party setup when we arrive; or if party is not reasonably ready for pickup. Late DIYs without reasonable attempts to let us know are also subject to penalty.
Please advise if more than one flight of stairs, tight hallways, or other conditions that could impact standard set-up times exist as additional charges may apply
We do our best to avoid charging damage fees for honest accidents and in return ask clients do their best to avoid preventable damage with things like art supplies, make up, staining food, etc. Charges for item damage, extra washing, and additional time related to clean ups may apply. Damage for DIYs not packed with reasonable care are also subject to penalty.
